Yoga 101

A gentle Yoga practice suitable for all ages and and fitness levels helping to increase flexibility and clear the mind.

Yoga Fit

A vinyasa based flow, linking poses together to create strength and balance.

Pilates Express

A thirty minute experience, focusing on the front and back of the core muscles which are the lower back, the glutes, and the abdominals.

C2 (Cycling+Core)

Indoor cycling with abdominal and low back exercises to improve middle body power specifically for cycling.

A Taste of EVERYTHING

Increase your overall fitness in this total body workout. Weight training techniques, cardio intervals, flexibility, and balance are all given as a "taste″ in this class. Begin with the warm up and get a “taste of everything” in this all-encompassing class. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels as it moves, constantly changing from one category to the next.

20-20-20

Break the monotony with this hour long format broken into 20 minute increments. 20 minutes of high low aerobics, 20 minutes of cycle, and twenty minutes of strength or what ever formats the instructor chooses.

(TBC)Total Body Conditioning

Enjoy a total body experience with a mixture of cardio and strength blended into an hour.

Rock Hard ABS

Your roadway to rock hard abdominal muscles and a flatter stomach. This class offers participants 15 minutes of abdominal and lower back strengthening and is open to all fitness levels.

Fitpump

A group barbell conditioning class, which focuses on increasing LEAN BODY MASS working through all the major muscle groups. Participants will use a plate-loaded barbell and work through a series of exercises for the entire body. Because you choose the appropriate weight for you this class is perfect for beginners or those who don’t enjoy lifting weights alone.

Kickboxing Combo

This is Kickboxing with a combination of other formats to enhance your workout. Strength, stretching, and abdominal work are just a few of the combinations that will be added together to challenge your entire body and your mind.

Cycle Combo

This indoor cycling class will combine two classes into one. Participants will enjoy all the benefits of indoor cycling and some additional strength work for an added benefit.

Top Half+Abs

Upper Body strength exercises complimented with ab work, crunches and planks just to name a few.

Yoga for Fitness

The exercises in this practice are designed to efficiently improve muscle tone, flexibility, and circulation. They will stretch, strengthen, and relax major muscle groups.

VINYASA FLOW YOGA

Energize the body while calming the mind during this vigorous practice. Vinyasa will work every muscle your body while leaving you feeling balanced and refreshed. Please bring a towel and water. Be prepared to SWEAT. This class can be modified for all fitness levels.

Zumba

A Latin dance class open to all fitness levels guaranteed to get you sweating and having fun while burning calories all at the same time.

Yoga for Beginners

An introduction to the basic principals of yoga. A perfect class for beginners.

Sports Conditioning

A combination of drills and skills to improve your cardiovascular fitness and footwork while building strength.

Alternative Training

Similar to "Taste of Everything″, a total body workout using alternative methods and some apparatus like the speed ladder and cones.

Karate by Jeff

This class teaches the traditional aspects of Shotokan karate with focus on understanding the body mechanics, breathing, and timing of technique to maximize personal performance. A variety of exercises are practiced with repetition and varying speed to promote physical development, flexibility, and understanding of the technique. Students also learn the cultural aspects of traditional Japanese karate in a friendly, safe, and fun class environment.
