Cancellation Policy
To better meet all of our guests needs, we respectfully require a 24-hour cancellation notice. Guests will be charged 50% for services not cancelled at least24 hours in advance of appointed time. No-shows will be charged the full value of the service booked. Late arrival may cause your treatment time to be shortened, or rescheduled.
