Sports + Field is the only athletic and fitness facility offering strength training and conditioning to the surrounding community as well as the professional athlete under one roof.
"Our primary goal is to bridge the gap between the professional athlete and the community in a top-notch facility that offers the best in strength and conditioning talent,” said facility owner Tatsuya Okawa. “The concept is designed to build harmony in mind, body and spirit with emerging and established athletes in a shared community setting.”
This unique two-level, 31,000 sq. ft facility is poised to be the Mecca for the region’s top and emerging athletes in a host of sports,including football, baseball, soccer, tennis,volleyball, track, golf and many others. It includes workout areas with world-class strength and cardio-training equipment, an NBA-style basketball court/gymnasium, a second-floor group fitness room, an outdoor 50-yard conditioning and sprint field and a professional baseball practice area and bullpen. Sports + Field also offers the following amenities to cater to our members: child care, massage services,full service locker rooms equipped with showers,steam rooms, and saunas, as well as a juice bar.

Our Management

The Japanese-born Okawa is President of GMC Corporation. He is known as an expert in sports training and has a reputation as a savvy businessman and authority in movement physiology, fitness training, and strength and conditioning training for serious athletes. Among his clients are professional baseball players Hideo Nomo (Tampa Bay Devil Rays) and Norihiro Nakamura (LA Dodgers). He has also worked with Mark Asanovich, strength and conditioning coach for the Jacksonville Jaguars.


Our Parent Company

GMC, based in Tokyo, is the parent company of Sports + Field. The company is engaged in pro athlete management, licensing and strength and conditioning training.
